Rene Russo and Rose Namajunas Bio

Rene Marie Russo, an American actor and film maker who was a former supermodel is now a film director. Apart from her beautiful beauty, her continued success in the competitive film industry proves her skills as an actor. Modeling began in the 70s. Soon, she became one the top models. She studied theatre and acting in the early part of the decade before appearing on stage throughout Los Angeles, and other areas of California. in 1987 Russo portrayed Eden Kendell in the ABC drama Sable. She was Tom Berengers' love interest the following year on Major League, her debut movie. At first, she was unsure of her acting abilities but the critics became impressed by her performances. Her most adored performance by critics was in Wolfgang Petersens Outbreak in which she stood her own against Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. She admits that she is not passionate about acting. She decided in 2005 to take a long, self-imposed break. She then made a comeback with a role in the superhero flick Thor. She also starred in Nightcrawler the husband's Oscar Award-winning film. The Intern followed, as did Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's top female athletes. She began her professional career as an amateur athlete taking part in numerous regional promotions prior to joining Invicta Fighting Championships. And then she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Since her entry into the UFC, she has gained a name in the sport due her achievements both inside and outside of the Octagon. Namajunas's family are Lithuanian who was born on June 29th in 1992. Rose participated in kickboxing and basketball throughout her childhood. When she was 18 years old, she had her first professional fight at Invicta Fighting Championships in which she won two fights via submission. Dana White took notice of the fact that she had won, and was admitted to the UFC's strawweight class at the end of December 2014, when she was barely 22. Rose has had highs and lows throughout her professional career, however, she has always come out with a victory. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. She was awarded the Women's Strawweight Title and was also named the the title of Fighter of the Night. It was the very first time a woman competed against a major promotion for a championship. Namajunas continued to have many wins, including two wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
